目的分析某公司甲基丙烯酸甲酯项目所产生的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,评价其防护对策和管理措施,提出预防该项目职业病危害的建议。方法采用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查、检查表分析等方法进行评价。结果该项目存在抽余油、叔丁醇、甲基丙烯醛、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、对苯二酚、甲醇、甲苯、硫化氢、钼及其无机化合物等化学毒物以及噪声、高温等物理因素,各类化学毒物检测结果均低于职业接触限值,噪声强度介于66.8~93.2 dB(A)之间,合格率为91.3%。结论该项目属职业病危害严重项目,职业病危害控制效果较好。
Objective To analyze the hazard factors of occupational diseases caused by methyl methacrylate project in a certain company, evaluate their protective measures and management measures, and put forward suggestions on preventing occupational hazards of this project. Methods Occupational health survey, occupational health examination, occupational health examination, checklist analysis and other methods were used to evaluate. Results As a result of the project, chemical poisons such as raffinate, t-butanol, methacrolein, methacrylic acid, methyl methacrylate, hydroquinone, methanol, toluene, hydrogen sulfide, molybdenum and their inorganic compounds, High temperature and other physical factors. The detection results of all kinds of chemical poisons are lower than the occupational exposure limits, the noise intensity is between 66.8 and 93.2 dB (A), and the pass rate is 91.3%. Conclusion The project is a serious project of occupational disease hazards, occupational disease control better.
