马齿苋(Portulaca Oleracea Linn)系马齿苋科(Portulaceae)马齿苋属(Portulaca)一年生肉质草本双子叶植物,我国大部份地区均有分布。马齿苋全草,民间常用于治疗痢疾、腹泻。本文对马齿苋全草的抑菌有效部位、药物敏感试验、菌种筛选、抑菌有效浓度及生药质量等方面做了研究。
Portulaca Oleracea Linn is an annual succulent herbaceous dicotyledon from Portulaca (Portulaceae), which is distributed in most parts of China. Purslane whole plant, folk is commonly used for the treatment of dysentery, diarrhea. In this paper, the antibacterial effective parts of purslane wholegrass, drug sensitivity test, strain screening, effective concentration of antibacterial and crude drug quality were studied.
