异搏定为钙通道阻滞剂,属Ⅳ类抗心律失常药物。常用于各种快速型室上性心律失常的治疗。对某些类型的室速亦有一定治疗作用。近年来少数作者发现个别顽固性室性心律失常在其他药物无效时,应用异搏定常可出现奇效。其机理尚不完全清楚。我院最近应用异搏定治疗1例急性心梗溶栓治疗后出现的顽固性室性早搏二联律,现报告如下。
