上海已先后开通东方卫视、炫动卡通等多个卫星频道,之前各频道平台为SCPC系统,近日建成了统一的MCPC系统,本文介绍该系统的规划及实现。 Shanghai has successively opened up a number of satellite channels including Oriental Satellite TV and Hyunjin Cartoon.
