平遥古城的人文资源是当地的核心资源,是平遥旅游业乃至全县经济发展的重要支撑。科学合理地开发古城的人文资源具有社会和经济双重意义。本文通过对平遥古城人文资源的合理划分和其特点分析,来对平遥古城人文资源的开发现状进行重新审视。在肯定成就的同时提出了开发过程中的存在的不足,最后针对以上问题本文提出了相应的对策。结论为:⑴资源所有权明晰,开发主体多元⑵加强政府宏观调控,坚持以市场需求为导向的思路合理有效地开发古城的人文资源。
The cultural resources of the ancient city of Pingyao are the core resources of the city and an important support for the economic development of Pingyao Tourism and even the whole county. Scientific and rational development of the ancient city’s human resources has social and economic dual significance. This article re-examines the current situation of the development of the humanities resources in the ancient city of Pingyao through the reasonable division of the humanities resources in the ancient city of Pingyao and its characteristics. In the affirmative achievement at the same time proposed the development process of the existing deficiencies, and finally for the above problems this article put forward the corresponding countermeasures. The conclusions are: (1) clear ownership of resources and multiple subjects of development (2) strengthening macro-control of the government and adhering to market-oriented thinking to rationally and effectively develop the human resources of the ancient city.
