为寻找反应石棉工人肺功能损伤的最早、最敏感的指标,作者采用水封式肺量计和弥散功能测定仪对119名男性石棉作业工人1989年和1994年的肺功能进行了测定,并比较其5年前后各项指标的变化情况。其中健康接尘组50例,石棉肺现在对象25例,Ⅰ期石棉肺患者36例,Ⅱ期右棉肺患者8例。结果显示:5年后4组工人的用力肺活量(FVC),第一秒呼气量(FEV1)和弥散数(DLco)值均有降低,其中FVC和DLco值与5年前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);5年后Ⅱ期石棉肺组FVC值下降显著,与其它三组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),表明Ⅱ期病肺功能下降迅速。作者认为DLco和FVC是反映石棉工人肺功能损伤最早、最敏感的指标。
In an effort to find the earliest and most sensitive indicator of lung function impairment in asbestos workers, 119 men asbestos workers were tested for lung function in 1989 and 1994 using a water-sealed spatometer and a diffusivity tester Five years ago, the changes of various indicators. Among them, 50 cases were taken as healthy group, 25 cases were asbestosis, 36 cases were stage Ⅰ asbestosis and 8 cases were stage Ⅱ right lung. The results showed that the FVC, FEV1 and DLco values of four groups of workers decreased after 5 years, and the values of FVC and DLco were significantly different from those of 5 years ago (P <0.05). After 5 years, the FVC value of stage Ⅱ asbestosis in lung decreased significantly compared with the other three groups (P <0.01), indicating that the lung function of stage Ⅱ decreased rapidly. The authors believe DLco and FVC are the earliest and most sensitive indicators of lung function impairment among asbestos workers.
