目的通过观察活体内Carnoys液处理牙源性角化囊肿的囊壁变化探讨其治疗机理材料和方法选择临床和X线诊断为牙源性角化囊肿的病例28例术中打开囊腔吸净囊内容蘸取Carnoys液涂布在囊壁表面20min后切取囊壁作组织学、组织化学、酶组织化学、透射电镜等观察结果Carnoys液作用角化囊肿20min后囊壁弹性降低易于剥离上皮细胞出现变性坏死结论Carnoys液活体内局部应用能破坏角化囊肿囊壁
Objective To observe the changes of the wall of dental keratocysts treated with Carnoys solution in vivo and to explore its mechanism of treatment Materials and Methods 28 cases of odontogenic keratocysts were selected for clinical and X-ray diagnosis. Contents Carnosys solution was applied to the surface of the wall for 20 min and the wall was cut for histological, histochemical, enzymatic histochemistry, transmission electron microscopy and other observations.
