新安江水电站,由1956年8月間开始进行施工准备,1957年4月間正式进入主体工程施工,截至7月末止,就已完成石方开挖40余万公方。本工程总的开挖量,包括攔河坝、厂房基础、开关站,左右岸过坝公路及入厂公路、铁路等的开挖,共有150万公方以上。由于坝址附近的山势陡峻,同一地段的开挖面大都在二层以上,最多的如右岸开关站一段,竟有四层之多(参看图1),在初期开挖的施工管理中,曾碰着一些問題。
Xin’anjiang Hydropower Station, from August 1956 started construction preparations, in April 1957 entered the main project construction, as of the end of July, it has completed more than 400,000 square stone excavation. The total amount of excavation of this project includes excavation of barrage, plant foundation, switchyard, dam-crossing dam on the left and right bank, and entrance of highways and railways, totaling over 1.5 million square meters. Due to the steepness of the mountain near the dam site, the excavation surface of the same area is mostly above the second floor, with as many as four layers as the right bank switchyard section (see Figure 1). In the initial excavation construction management, Have encountered some problems.
