中国儿童福利和收养中心(简称中心)受中国政府委托,专门负责涉外收养工作。19年来,始终秉承“一切为了孩子”的宗旨,先后与17个国家的142个政府部门和收养组织建立了合作关系,帮助10万多名孤残儿童在国外获得了永久性安置。注重被收养儿童的权利保护工作,跟踪了解并掌握中国被收养儿童在国外生活、成长情况;积极开展寻根回访,帮助被收养儿童增强对祖国文化的队同和传承。同时,
