对稻瘟病拮抗细菌———短小芽孢杆菌 (Bacilluspumilus)的发酵液在 2 6 0nm和 2 80nm下进行吸光度测定 ,结果表明 ,发酵液中蛋白质含量明显高于对照液 ;在发酵液和对照液中分别加入质量分数 4 0 %饱和度的硫酸铵 ,30 0 0r/min离心 30min得沉淀 ,经SDS -聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直电泳分析 ,初步确定发酵液中新产生 3种多肽物质 ;发酵液经胰蛋白酶和 10 0℃高温处理后 ,对稻瘟病菌分生孢子的萌发率明显减弱 ,结果表明 ,稻瘟病拮抗细菌有效作用成分为多肽类物质 .
