随着社会的发展和经济进步,我国城市化进程加快,农村经济发展加快。人们对住房条件的要求也随之增加,人们开始追逐住房环境的舒适度、美观性和经久耐用。不过在现实的住房工程建设中,因为施工人员的疏忽大意或者技术不当等原因导致房屋渗漏现象屡见不鲜。房屋渗漏现象不但会使房屋的环境恶化,还影响了房屋的使用寿命。因此,在房屋建筑基础施工中,防渗漏已经成为了房屋建设质量的最基本要求。本文根据分析房屋中渗漏分布和产生原因分析,并提出相应的防护治理措施。
With the development of society and economic progress, the process of urbanization in our country has accelerated and the rural economy has accelerated. People’s requirements for housing conditions also increase, people began to chase the comfort of the housing environment, beautiful and durable. However, in the real construction of housing projects, due to the negligence of construction workers or improper technology and other reasons leading to leakage of housing is not uncommon. Housing leakage will not only deteriorate the housing environment, but also affect the life of housing. Therefore, in the construction of basic housing construction, anti-seepage has become the most basic requirements of the quality of housing construction. Based on the analysis of the distribution of leakage in houses and the analysis of the causes, this paper puts forward the corresponding measures of protection and management.
