目的 了解HIFU技术治疗癌瘤的临床效果和安全性。方法 应用FEP -BY0 1型高能聚焦超声肿瘤治疗机临床治疗 78例中晚期腹腔、盆腔、多种脏器癌瘤 ,并将全部病例分为空腔脏器和实质脏器癌瘤两大类 ,按各自的标准进行疗效判断 ,并从疼痛、皮肤的灼伤、腔肠出血、穿孔及其它方面进行安全判断。结果 空腔脏器肿瘤 32例 ,出院时 65 6 %肿瘤脱落消失 ,34 4 %萎缩。实质脏器癌瘤 46例 ;治疗后 15 6 %显著疗效 ,80 4 %有效 ,无效 4 3 % (因肋骨阻挡 ) ,与放化疗合用可加速肿瘤脱落或萎缩。结论 HIFU技术对控制肿瘤有肯定疗效 ,并且安全可靠 ,值得推广应用 ;其相关医学基础研究须尽快开展
Objective To understand the clinical efficacy and safety of HIFU in the treatment of cancer. Methods Seventy-eight cases of mid-to-late abdominal, pelvic, and multiple organ cancers were treated with the FEP-BY0 type 1 high-power focused ultrasound tumor treatment machine. All cases were divided into two categories: hollow organs and parenchymal organ cancers. Evaluate the efficacy according to the respective criteria and make safety judgments from pain, skin burns, coelenteral hemorrhage, perforation and other aspects. Results There were 32 cases of visceral organ tumors. At the time of discharge, 656% tumors disappeared and 344% of the tumors shrank. Parenchymal organ cancer in 46 cases; 156% after treatment, significant efficacy, 80 4 % effective, invalid 4 3% (due to rib blocking), combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy can accelerate tumor shedding or atrophy. Conclusion HIFU technology has a positive effect on the control of tumors, and it is safe and reliable. It is worthy of popularization and application; its related basic medical research must be carried out as soon as possible.
