国内生产的50型装载机转向液压系统都具有稳定的动力和速度特性,即不管转向工况如何变化,转向缸行程与转向盘的转角成一定比例关系,综合起来主要分为如下3种型式:单稳阀转向系统(BZZ1转向器+单稳阀组合);负荷传感转向系统(BZZ5转向器+优先阀组合);流量放大转向系统(BZZ3转向器+流量放大阀组合)。随着近几年用户使用习惯的改变和节能意识的提高,单稳阀转向系统中固有的单稳阀分流能耗大的劣势已表现出来,市场需求逐渐消失。因此,本文着重分析负荷传感和流量放大转向系统在节能方面的表现。

With the change of user habits and the awareness of energy saving in recent years, the disadvantage of large single-valve shunt energy consumption in the one-valve steering system has been demonstrated, and the market demand has gradually disappeared. Therefore, this article focuses on the analysis of load sensing and flow amplification steering system performance in terms of energy conservation.
