针对Tesla微混合器混合原理,利用计算流体力学(CFD)模拟与分析软件对其进行了三维数值模拟。模型采用有限体积法离散、SIMPLEC算法进行层流计算。分析了结构参数的改变对该混合器混合效果的影响,并采用混合强度值作为衡量指标。分析结果显示,不同通道高宽比和分离通道入流角度等结构参数对该微混合器的混合效果有重要影响。模拟结果在综合考虑混合强度与泵功消耗等条件下,Tesla结构微混合器最佳的结构参数范围为B/W=0.75,α=55°。
Aiming at the mixed principle of Tesla micro-mixer, the three-dimensional numerical simulation was carried out by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation and analysis software. The model is discretized by the finite volume method and the SIMPLEC algorithm is used for laminar flow calculation. The influence of the change of structure parameters on the mixing effect of the mixer was analyzed, and the mixed intensity value was used as the measurement index. The analysis results show that the structural parameters such as the aspect ratio of different channels and the inflow angle of separation channels have an important influence on the mixing effect of the micromixer. The simulation results show that the best structural parameters of Tesla micromixer are B / W = 0.75 and α = 55 °, considering the mixing strength and pump power consumption.
