At the beginning of the 19th century, when Japanese officials visited the United States, they discovered that the patent system promoted the rapid development of science and technology in the United States and introduced a patent system. Relying on the introduction of patented technologies and the creation of new patented technologies on the basis of digestion and absorption, Japan, which has suffered a post-war economic recession, came to the top in the fierce competition in the world market and became the third largest economy. With the rapid development of the socialist market economy in our country, the competition among enterprises is bound to become more and more intense, and the form of competition will also change. Its outstanding form of expression is that the essence of the competition in the business activities of enterprises has changed to the competition of technological forces. In order to strive for the best economic benefits, enterprises should actively use patented technology, develop new products, and protect their legal rights with a patent system.
