乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染呈世界性的分布,是全球严重的公共健康问题之一,而研究HBV的生物学特性、感染机制、乙型肝炎发病机制及防治方法的重要环节之一就是建立方便有效的HBV感染模型。随着病毒学、分子生物学、分子细胞学及细胞培养技术等学科的发展,有关HBV感染的细胞模型及动物模型均已相继建立,许多成果不断问世。本文就HBV及其它嗜肝病毒感染的相关模型的研究进展作一综述。
Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is a worldwide distribution and is one of the most serious public health problems in the world. One of the important links in studying the biological characteristics of HBV, the mechanism of infection, the pathogenesis of hepatitis B and the prevention and treatment methods is to establish Convenient and effective HBV infection model. With the development of virology, molecular biology, molecular cytology and cell culture technology, cell models and animal models of HBV infection have been established one after another, and many achievements have been published. This article reviews the progress of the related models of HBV and other hepadnavirus infections.
