以鸡西市为例，从经济脆弱性内涵出发，基于PSR模型构建了评价指标体系，利用熵权法测算了2000年以来鸡西市的经济脆弱性指数。结果表明：⑴脆弱性指数及发展压力、发展状态、应对能力3个要素的得分均呈下降趋势，但脆弱性有阶段性特征；⑵发展压力是引致脆弱性减小的最重要因素，而发展状态与应对能力的贡献较小且有明显的波动性；⑶节能减排和煤炭稳产是引致发展压力得分减小的主要原因，国企比重下降、产业结构转型、生产率提高是引致发展状态得分下降的主要原因，应对能力得分下降主要归功于经济发展、科技水平增强及环境治理。建议通过调结构、加大科技投入、深化国企改革、调整城市规划，改善生态和人居环境等措施，实现鸡西经济可持续发展。,Resource-exhausted cities are facing serious challenges in economic transition and sustainable development. Taking Jixi City as an example, we build the evaluation index system based on PSR model from the connotation of economic vulnerability, and calculate the index of economic vulnerability in Jixi City since 2000 with EVI entropy weight method. The results showed that: Firstly, the score of three elements showed a downward trend, which are vulnerability index and development pressures, development status, ability to respond respectively, but the vulnerability shows a stage characteristic; Secondly, development pressure is the most important factor causing vulnerability reduction, while stage of development and the response capacity have the smaller contribution, and there is signiifcant volatility;Thirdly, energy conservation and the stable coal output is the main reason causing the reduction of score of development pressure; The score of development state declines is caused by the proportion of state-owned enterprises declined, industrial restructuring, productivity improvement. The declines of score of ability to respond is mainly due to economic development, enhancement of the level of technology and environmental management. Finally, we promote some suggestions for future work.
