本文采用水热法制备的纳米Zn O光催化氧化的方法对某制药厂的青霉素制药废水二级处理出水进行深度处理,表征发现全部Zn O样品均为纳米级,结晶度高,以CODCr为主要测定指标,研究Zn O对抗生素废水的处理效果。研究结果表明,水热法制备的纳米Zn O光催化剂不仅能够有效的降低抗生素废水中的有机物,还对其中难分解的物质具有一定的降解作用,且有助于提高抗生素废水的可生化性。
In this paper, the method of photocatalytic oxidation of nanometer Zn O prepared by hydrothermal method was used to deeply process the secondary effluent of penicillin pharmaceutical wastewater from a pharmaceutical factory. The results showed that all the ZnO samples were nanoscale with high crystallinity and CODCr was the main Determination of indicators to study the effect of Zn O on antibiotic wastewater treatment. The results show that the nano-ZnO photocatalyst prepared by hydrothermal method not only can effectively reduce the organic matter in the antibiotic wastewater, but also can decompose the refractory substances to a certain degree, and helps to improve the biodegradability of the antibiotic wastewater.
