共赢是现代市场经济发展的一大潮流,是企业理性化的目标选择。企业慈善是企业与社会的双赢选择。企业慈善可以分担政府职能,缓和社会矛盾;能够提升道德文明,构建社会和谐理念。同时,企业慈善是企业竞争优势的源泉,它有利于提升企业形象,培育优秀的企业文化。当前我国企业慈善的发展现状不容乐观。因此,我们应该采取一定的措施促进我国企业慈善的发展,达到企业和社会的共赢。
Win-win situation is a major trend in the development of modern market economy and a target choice for the rationalization of enterprises. Corporate charity is a win-win choice between business and society. Corporate charities can share government functions and ease social conflicts; enhance ethical civilization and build a harmonious society. At the same time, corporate philanthropy is a source of competitive advantage for enterprises. It helps to enhance corporate image and cultivate a good corporate culture. At present, the development of corporate charity in our country is not optimistic. Therefore, we should take certain measures to promote the development of our country’s enterprise charity and achieve a win-win situation between the enterprise and the society.
