我们在证实麦胚凝集素(WGA)能抑制禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminearum Schw.)分生孢子发芽的基础上,对抗赤霉病性不同的小麦品种的 WGA 粗提液的血凝效价进行了比较,发现小麦抗性与其 WGA 血凝效价有一定的相关性。因此,测定小麦品种的 WGA 血凝效价,有可能成为一种研究小麦抗赤霉病性的生化指标。
Based on the evidence that WGA inhibited the sporulation of conidia of Fusarium graminearum Schw., We tested the hemagglutination titer of WGA crude extract from wheat cultivars with different head blight In comparison, wheat resistance was found to correlate with its WGA hemagglutination titer. Therefore, determining the WGA hemagglutination titer of wheat cultivars may be a biochemical indicator of wheat scab resistance.
