由广东省博物馆与香港中文大学文物馆联合举办的“守望传统:广东国画研究会作品展”2006年2月24日至5月14日在香港中文大学展出,2006年5月26日至8月16日该展览移师广东省博物馆展出。广东国画研究会是活跃于20世纪20至30年代广东地区的一个重要美术社团,其宗旨是高扬传统画学、维护国画学统。是民国时期广东地区人数最多、影响最大的一个美术社团。本次展览以广东省博物馆和香港中文大学文物馆馆藏作品为基础,并商借了香港艺术馆部分藏品。本刊约请朱万章先生撰文对展览涉及的画家及作品作专题介绍。
“Watch the Tradition: Works Exhibition of Guangdong Chinese Painting Research Society” jointly organized by the Guangdong Museum and the Chinese University of Hong Kong Museum of Art, February 24 to May 14, 2006 at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, May 26 to May 8, 2006 The exhibition moved to Guangdong Museum on the 16th for display. The Research on Chinese Painting in Guangdong is an important art association active in Guangdong in the 1920s and 1930s. Its purpose is to promote traditional painting and maintain traditional Chinese painting. It is a art association with the largest number of people in Guangdong and the greatest influence in the Republic of China. The exhibition is based on the collections of the Guangdong Provincial Museum and the Chinese University of Hong Kong Museum of Art and borrows part of the collection from the Hong Kong Museum of Art. This journal invites Mr. Zhu Wanzhang to write an introduction to the painters and works involved in the exhibition.
