6月,是充满生机和活力的季节。 2006年6月,适逢《人民检察》杂志创刊50周年。50年来,作为最高人民检察院的机关刊物,《人民检察》一直秉承“交流经验,指导业务”的办刊宗旨,积极宣传高检院的工作部署,热切关注检察实践,深入研讨法学理论、检察理论,已连续四次被评为中国法律类核心期刊,2005年,被国家新闻出版总署确定为“全国百种重点期刊”。值此《人民检察》创刊50周年之际,人民检察杂志社6月6日下午在京召开“回顾与展望--《人民检察》创刊50周年法学专家座谈会”。高检院党组成员、政治部主任张常韧出席座谈会并作了重要讲话。德高望重的高铭暄教授、陈光中教授、王作富教授以及与会的专家学者,围绕《人民检察》的发展历程、取得的成绩和经验,杂志的定位与办刊方向,以及如何创新思路,提高杂志品质,谋求杂志的进一步发展等问题,提出了宝贵的意见和建议。在此,刊登张常韧主任的讲话和与会专家学者的发言摘要,与大家共勉,希望广大读者一如既往地支持和关心《人民检察》。

In the past 50 years, as the organ publication of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, People’s Procuratorate has been adhering to the principle of running an exchange of experiences and guiding business, actively publicizing the work arrangements of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, earnestly paying attention to procuratorial practice, deeply studying the theory of jurisprudence, Prosecutorial Theory, has been rated four times in a row as the core journals of Chinese law, in 2005, the State Press and Publication Administration identified as “one of the nation’s 100 key journals.” On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the founding of the “People’s Procuratorate”, the People’s Procuratorate Magazine held a press conference in Beijing on the afternoon of June 6 to review and prospect “the people’s procuratorate’s 50th anniversary of the founding of law experts forum.” Zhang Chang-tou, member of the Higher Party Procuratorate and director of the Political Department, attended the symposium and made an important speech. The highly respected Professor Gao Mingxuan, Professor Chen Guangzhong, Professor Wang Zuofu and the experts and scholars attending the conference center on the development history, achievement and experience of the People’s Procuratorate, the orientation and direction of the magazine, and how to innovate the thinking, improve the quality of the magazine and seek the magazine Further development and other issues, made valuable comments and suggestions. Here, we publish a summary of the speech by Director Chang Chang-Ren and speeches made by participating experts and scholars and encourage each other to hope that readers will, as always, support and care about “people’s procuratorates.”
