本文报道了利用McMurry反应,由丙酮还原偶联合成2,3—二甲基丁烯—2(DMB—2)的实验结果。实验考察了镁粉还原四氯化钛的时间、丙酮与四氯化钛之比等因素对DMB—2收率的影响。探讨了低价钛试剂活性物的价态与DMB—2收率之间的关系。实验表明,大部分DMB—2是在最初几分钟内生成的,每摩尔的低价钛试剂最多可转化9摩尔以上的丙酮。
In this paper, we report the experimental results of reduction of 2,3-dimethylbutene-2 (DMB-2) by acetone using McMurry reaction. The effect of magnesium powder on titanium tetrachloride time and the ratio of acetone to titanium tetrachloride on the yield of DMB-2 was investigated experimentally. The relationship between the valence of the active titanium reagent and the yield of DMB-2 was discussed. Experiments have shown that most of DMB-2 is produced in the first few minutes and can convert up to 9 moles of acetone per mole of low-priced titanium reagent.
