本文于我国物业管理的现状出发,分析了市场中常用的差别定价法,提出了应用三级差别定价法具体解决物业管理定价问题。
Based on the current situation of property management in our country, this paper analyzes the differential pricing method commonly used in the market and puts forward the solution to the problem of property management pricing by applying the three-level differential pricing method.
