基于公路线形、交通特性、车辆碰撞能量及碰撞护栏事故的公路运营期护栏安全性评价方法是国内首个公路运营期护栏安全性评价方法,该评价方法有具体的评价内容和评价指标,但评价方法中评价要素的获取方法、技术要求及注意事项还需要进一步的研究确定。本文通过查阅国内外相关资料,结合多条高速公路交通特性信息采集及护栏评价调查经验,总结出公路运营期护栏安全性评价方法中评价要素获取的具体调查方法、技术要求及注意事项,以增强该评价方法的可操作性,起到指导公路运营期护栏安全性评价的作用。
