由于采煤机工作条件恶劣,在工作中常出现,如行走部中导向滑靴的破坏,截割部壳体的损伤等问题。为了提高采煤机的设计质量及保证采煤机工作过程中的可靠性,所以对采煤机截割部壳体待强度和刚度进行研究。本文利用Pro/E建立了采煤机截割部壳体的三维实体模型,并应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其结构进行应力分析,获得了其应力分布规律,为采煤机截割部壳体的进一步改进提供了依据。
Due to poor working conditions shearer, often appear in the work, such as the destruction of the guide slipper in the walking department, the cutting department shell damage and other issues. In order to improve the design quality of shearer and ensure the reliability during the operation of shearer, the shell strength of shearer cutting section and its stiffness are studied. In this paper, the three-dimensional solid model of the shell of the shearer’s cutting part was established by Pro / E, and the stress analysis of the structure was carried out by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS.
