本文作者基于Lemaitre的假设和自行设计的测量系统,获得了退火态30CrMnSi在单向拉伸变形过程中韧性损伤D值与塑性累积应变ε_p的关系。结果表明:该材料的韧性损伤随着塑性累积应变的增大而加剧,损伤的增大速率具有阶段性;且30CrMnSi材料的损伤临界值D。为0.60。
Based on the assumption of Lemaitre and the self-designed measuring system, the author obtained the relationship between the ductile damage D value and the plastic cumulative strain ε_p during the uniaxial tensile deformation of annealed 30CrMnSi. The results show that the ductile damage of this material aggravates with the increase of plastic cumulative strain, and the rate of damage increase is of a stage. The damage critical value of 30CrMnSi material is D. Is 0.60.
