休克后肺和肝内有嗜中性白细胞堆积,这一点在以前的不同体外研究中已得到证实。本实验动态分析活体中肺和肝脏内白细胞堆积。用同位素铟标记10头猪的自体白细胞,然后连续记录其活性105分钟。7头猪在实验操作稳定15分钟后,造成软组织损伤;另3头未加任何创伤,作为对照组。伤后1~3分钟示肺部放射性极度增加,表示肺部嗜中性白细胞聚积(PNT),其后迅速下降。但在伤后90分钟仍明显升高。肝脏亦有类似改变,但其放射性立即增加不如肺部显著。因此证实,下肢软组织创伤后,肺和肝内白细胞立即增加。
The accumulation of neutrophils in the lung and liver after shock has been confirmed in various previous in vitro studies. This experiment dynamic analysis of living lung and liver white blood cell accumulation. Ten pigs of autologous leukocytes were labeled with isotope indium and their activity recorded continuously for 105 minutes. 7 pigs in the experimental operation stable for 15 minutes, resulting in soft tissue injury; the other three without any trauma, as a control group. 1 to 3 minutes after injury showed an extremely increased radioactivity in the lungs, indicating pulmonary neutrophil accumulation (PNT) followed by a rapid decline. But still significantly increased 90 minutes after injury. The liver also had similar changes, but its radioactivity immediately increased as well as the lungs. Therefore, confirmed that the lower extremity soft tissue trauma, lung and liver white blood cells immediately increased.
