随着高职学院注册入学制的实施,特殊群体学生教育管理问题已成为高职院校教育重点和难点。高职院校特殊群体学生数量相对庞大、情况交错复杂,资金、人力投入有限,基于此,学校可通过思想教育和人文素养培养相结合,分类与动态管理并重,心理预防和助学帮困一起抓,校园活动和心理社团齐作用等方法,稳定、推动、提升高职特殊群体,使他们寻找到努力的方向,找到人生的价值。
