恶性症状群（Syndrome malin简称 SM）是由抗精神病药物所致的一种严重并发症。如识别不及时或处理不当，可导致死亡D’。为进一步引起临床重视和及时发现，兹将我院近年采所见的抗精神病药物引起的 5例 SM病例及其鉴别诊断报道讨论如下。
