为探讨异氟醚分娩镇痛对胎盘血流及新生儿神经行为的影响,选择分娩镇痛组及对照组产妇各25例,用血流分析仪记录子宫动脉和脐动脉血流速度指数,并对新生儿进行神经适应能力评分(NACS)。结果:实验前后,各组子宫动脉及脐动脉平均S/D比值、PI均无显著差异。新生儿出生后15分钟,2小时及24小时NACS总分在35分以上的百分率以及单项评分得满分的百分率情况两组间差异无显著性。说明异氟醚分娩镇痛对胎儿-母体循环和新生儿NACS无明显影响。
To investigate the effects of isoflurane analgesia on placental blood flow and neurobehavior in neonates, 25 maternal women in labor analgesia group and control group were selected. The blood flow analyzer was used to record the blood flow velocity index of uterine artery and umbilical artery Neonatal nerve adaptability score (NACS). Results: Before and after the experiment, the average S / D ratio and PI of uterine artery and umbilical artery in each group were not significantly different.
