我国企业长期以来在计划经济的体制下运行,产业结构、产品结构、资产结构、企业组织结构深深地打上了计划经济的烙印。随着市场的发展,长期积累下来的结构性矛盾和困难更加突出。结构不调整,企业永远也走不出高投入、高消耗、低效率、低效益的怪圈。这些年来我们之所以取得了一定的成绩,就在于我们根据市场变化适时地调整产业结构、产品结构、资产结构和企业组织结构,实现了资源的优化配置。
