我们对纳米氧化镁微晶的系列样品进行了差热分析 ( DTA)、红外 ( FT- IR)测量以及 X射线衍射( XRD)分析研究 .结合所获得的晶粒度和 XRD微结构参数 ,我们发现 :纳米晶氧化镁的晶粒组元中存在晶格膨胀 ;纳米氧化镁晶粒随着温度的升高而长大 ,且其微结构呈现出明显的变化 ,其晶格畸变与晶粒尺寸有关 .
