杀虫烟剂具有穿透力强、毒效高、使用、携带简便等优点。过去配制的杀虫烟剂常用有机氯、有机磷类杀虫剂,对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫烟剂研究较少。1987年我们研制了两种菊酯类复方纸烟剂,观察了对蚊虫的杀灭效果,现小结如下。材料与方法 1.烟纸的配制用硬纸片作载体,长宽为6.5×5.0cm,厚约0.1cm。用10%硝酸钾溶液浸泡,每块纸片约吸液3ml,阴干后滴上定量的药液便成烟纸。 2. 供试药物 80%二氯苯醚菊酯(别名氯菊酯)原油和90%联合菊酯(别名氯氰菊酯),原油均为上海联合化工厂1986年产品。邻苯二甲酸二丁酯系上海化学试剂采购供应站供应,上溶厂产品,化学纯。用丙酮稀释药物。 3.试虫白纹伊蚊系本所饲养的成蚊;致乏库蚊和三带喙库蚊系野外采集卵块、
