采用减小压力角的方法,对传统渐开线转子型线进行改进。根据啮合原理,对转子型线进行参数化设计,并同传统渐开线转子的面积利用系数做出了比较,研究表明,改进后的渐开线转子型线,比在同样结构下的传统型线的面积利用系数有所降低,但其重合度随压力角的减小而增大,提高了转子传动的平稳性,同时提高了转子传动的承载能力,延长了使用寿命,具有一定的应用价值。
The method of reducing the pressure angle is used to improve the traditional involute rotor profile.
