目的:探讨肺周围型腺癌多层螺旋CT(MSCT)灌注参数与Ki-67的关系。方法:对30例肺腺癌患者肺内肿块进行CT灌注扫描,对灌注参数与Ki-67的关系进行多元相关性分析。结果:灌注参数与周围型肺腺癌Ki-67相关,血流量(BF)和强化峰值(PEI)随Ki-67表达百分率增高而减低。结论:肺周围型腺癌CT灌注成像参数与Ki-67的变化有相关性,对临床评估周围型肺腺癌的生物学行为及预后提供参考。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between perfusion parameters and Ki-67 in multislice spiral CT (MSCT) perfusion of peripheral pulmonary adenocarcinoma. Methods: Thirty patients with lung adenocarcinoma were subjected to CT perfusion scan. The relationship between perfusion parameters and Ki-67 was analyzed by multivariate correlation. Results: Perfusion parameters were correlated with Ki-67 in peripheral lung adenocarcinoma. The BF and PEI decreased with the increase of Ki-67 expression. Conclusion: CT perfusion imaging of lung adenocarcinoma is correlated with the change of Ki-67. It provides a reference for clinical evaluation of the biological behavior and prognosis of peripheral lung adenocarcinoma.
