2,5-二芳基(口恶)唑是一种良好的闪烁计数器和可调谐染料激光器的工作物质,可调谐范围在3000~4000A。我们采取Robison-Gabriel合成法制备了2-联苯基-5-苯基(口恶)唑及其5-对位取代苯基衍生物。而α-氨基苯乙酮盐酸盐及其对位取代衍生物是实现该合成反应的最关键原料:
2,5-diaryl (oxalate) is a good scintillation counter and tunable dye laser working substance, the tunable range of 3000 ~ 4000A. We prepared 2-biphenyl-5-phenyl (oxazole) and its 5-para-substituted phenyl derivatives by Robison-Gabriel synthesis. However, α-aminoacetophenone hydrochloride and para-substituted derivatives are the most important raw materials for the synthesis reaction.
