[目的]烯肟菌胺与戊唑醇复配制备油悬浮剂,可提高原药的生物活性并解决该复配混剂的其他剂型品种在热带多雨地区施用对作物病害的防治效果受影响的问题。[方法]利用湿法砂磨加工工艺对20%烯肟菌胺.戊唑醇油悬浮剂的配方中各个组分进行筛选和优化。对该制剂的室内生物活性及其应用性能进行研究。[结果]该制剂的较优配方为烯肟菌胺10.0%,戊唑醇10.0%,Span-20 5.0%,OP-7 10.0%,有机膨润土2.0%,甲酯化大豆油补足至100%。[结论]对该制剂性能指标的检测结果显示其各项控制项目指标均符合油悬浮剂的相关标准。室内生测试验证明该制剂配方具有较优的生物活性及较好的耐雨水冲刷性和铺展性,具有良好的市场应用前景。
[Objective] The preparation of the oil suspension concentrate by the combination of the synergism of tebuconazole and tebuconazole could improve the biological activity of the original drug and solve the problem that the effects of the other dosage forms of this compound mixture on the control of crop diseases in the tropical and rainy areas are affected problem. [Method] The wet sanding process was used to screen and optimize the components in the formulation of 20% enoxacillin and tebuconazole oil suspending agent. The indoor bioactivity of the preparation and its application performance were studied. [Result] The optimal formulation of this preparation was 10.0% of the thioate, 10.0% of tebuconazole, 5.0% of Span-20, 10.0% of OP-7, 2.0% of organic bentonite and 100% of methyl esterified soybean oil. [Conclusion] The test results of the performance index of the preparation showed that all the indexes of the control items conformed to the relevant standards of the oil suspension concentrate. The indoor bioassay test proves that the formulation formula has better biological activity and better resistance to rain erosion and spreading, and has good market application prospect.
