X-ray single crystal structure analysis is by far the most accurate means of determining protein conformation, and the development of high-resolution, single-crystal proteins is a prerequisite for structural analysis. In the early days, biochemists used protein crystallization as a means of identifying and purifying proteins. The crystallization method used was mainly batch crystallization
