9月12日,工信部发布《关于开展重点新材料首批次应用保险补偿机制试点工作的通知》,将联合中国保监会、财政部两部委一起开展重点新材料保险补偿试点工作。同日工信部还印发了《重点新材料首批次应用示范指导目录(2017年版)》,用以明确试点对象和范围,《目录》列入129种重点新材料,其中化工新材料50余种。《通知》指出,首批次新材料是指用户在首年度内购买使用《目录》内的同品种、同技术规格参数的新材料产
