A method for preparing chromosome samples by replacing the PHA with Codonopsis, Chinese angelica and Radix Astragali decoction in vivo to induce the transformation, division and proliferation of the fish kidney lymphocytes in order to obtain a large amount of metaphase. The author of three batches of 30 catfish catfish experimental results show that: Codonopsis, Angelica and Astragalus fried juice liquid injection also has the role of stimulating renal cell mitosis.
