2012年的秋季开学,新一届双桂小学的行政班子通过审视学校的师资状况,发现四个较为突出的问题,我们归结为四个失衡:1.师资走向失衡:教师队伍不稳定,青年教师想方设法流向城市,教师编制不足。2.学历学力失衡:学历高、学力低,名师少。3.学科结构失衡:学无所教、学非所教的现象普遍存在。4.年龄结构失衡:教师年龄结构老化,同德村小已出现皆老无少的状况。教师缺编,师资水平乏力,课改的出路在哪?双桂小学的思考
