广东省深圳市龙岗中学(以下简称“龙岗中学”)是一所典型的移民城市学校,80%的学生非本地生源,师生来自全国各地,不同地域的文化交流汇聚,形成了富有龙岗中学特色的多元文化,但也带来各种文化之间的冲突与摩擦。这是一所毗邻香港,处于农村城市化进程中的特区学校,传统文化、乡土文化和改革开放特质相互交融,怎样让各种文化兼容并蓄,是龙岗中学一直思考的问题。于是,“四轮驱动”战略应运而生,这样,便形成龙岗中学颇具特色的学校文化。
Longgang Middle School of Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province (hereinafter referred to as “Longgang Middle School”) is a typical immigrant city school. 80% of students are non-local students. Teachers and students come from all over the country. The cultural exchanges between different regions converge to form Longgang Middle school characteristics of the multi-cultural, but also bring a variety of cultural conflicts and friction. This is a special district school adjacent to Hong Kong in the process of urbanization in rural areas. The traditional culture, local culture and the characteristics of reform and opening up are interwoven. How to make all cultures inclusive is what Longgang High School has been thinking about. As a result, “four-wheel drive ” strategy came into being, so that it will form a distinctive Longgang School School culture.
