对历次粗轧工作辊异常消耗的原因进行分析确认,粗轧区域主传动跳闸和打滑造成的卡钢是粗轧工作辊异常消耗的主要因素。在深入分析主传动跳闸和板坯打滑原因的基础上,制定了合理有效的技术措施,提升粗轧轧制的稳定性,降低了粗轧工作辊的异常辊耗,最终实现工序成本的降低。
Analysis of the reasons for the abnormal consumption of the roughing work rolls confirms that the steel plate caused by the main drive tripping and slippage in the rough rolling zone is the main factor of the abnormal consumption of the roughing work roll. On the basis of deeply analyzing the reasons of main driving tripping and slab slipping, reasonable and effective technical measures are formulated to improve the stability of rough rolling, reduce the abnormal roll consumption of roughing work roll and finally reduce the process cost.
