胃类癌是一种少见病,是低度恶性和具有转移复发潜能的恶性肿瘤,近年受到重视而报道逐渐增加。我们医院于1996年1月至2009年12月共收治38例胃类癌病人,现报道如下。资料与方法一、一般资料本研究38例病人中男17例,女21例,占同期收治的2794例胃癌病人的1.36%。其中1996～2002年11例,占同期胃癌的0.86%(11/1282);2003～2009年27例,占同期胃癌的1.79%(27/1512)。年龄26～77岁,中位年龄55岁;病程10d至3年。
Gastric carcinoid is a rare disease, is a low-grade malignant tumor with the potential of metastasis and recurrence, which has been reported in recent years with increasing attention. Our hospital from January 1996 to December 2009 were treated 38 cases of gastric cancer patients, are reported below. Materials and Methods First, the general information of 38 patients in this study, 17 males and 21 females, accounting for the same period admitted 2794 cases of gastric cancer patients 1.36%. Among them, 11 cases from 1996 to 2002 accounted for 86.8% (11/1282) of gastric cancer in the same period; 27 cases from 2003 to 2009 accounted for 1.79% (27/1512) of gastric cancer in the same period. Aged 26 to 77 years old, the median age of 55 years of age; duration of 10d to 3 years.
