“五一”长假过后,尽管央行提高了存贷款基准利率,证监会下发过通知提示风险,不少学者表示了对股市后期走势的担忧,但沪深股市继续演绎上升行情,暴涨股票比比皆是,股民队伍仍在扩大。面对这种态势,人们试图求解:为什么股市能吸引这么多的人气和资金?为什么管理部门一次次出台有关政策措施后,牛市“升温”依旧?中国这轮牛市行情,究竟还能持续多久?为此,本刊记者专访了著名经济学家、北大经济学院教授夏业良。
