目的 :评价甲磺酸加替沙星片治疗皮肤软组织细菌性感染的有效性和安全性。方法 :采用区组分层均衡随机单盲试验设计 ,甲磺酸加替沙星片治疗 19例及环丙沙星片治疗 2 1例共 4 0例感染患者的临床试验。结果 :试验组与对照组病例的一般项目基本相似 ,甲磺酸加替沙星片与环丙沙星片的临床有效率分别为 94 .7%和 90 .5 % ,细菌学有效率分别为 92 .9%和10 0 % ,细菌清除率为 92 .9%和 10 0 % ,不良反应发生率分别为 0、14 .3%。结论 :甲磺酸加替沙星片是一种安全有效的广谱抗菌药物 ,抗菌活性强 ,可用于治疗多种细菌引起的皮肤软组织感染。
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of gatifloxacin mesylate in the treatment of bacterial infections of skin and skin. Methods: A randomized single-blind study was conducted in a district-based stratified randomized clinical trial of 19 patients treated with gatifloxacin mesylate and 21 patients treated with ciprofloxacin. Results: The general items of the experimental group and the control group were similar. The clinical efficacies of gatifloxacin mesylate tablets and ciprofloxacin tablets were 94.7% and 90.5%, respectively. The bacteriological efficiencies were 92.9% and 100%. The bacterial clearance rate was 92.9% and 100% respectively. The incidence of adverse reactions was 0,14.3%. Conclusion: Gatifloxacin mesylate is a safe and effective broad-spectrum antibacterial drug with strong antibacterial activity and can be used to treat skin and soft tissue infections caused by many bacteria.
