研究了压条日期、环剥宽度、植物生长调节剂浓度和压条基质对3~4年生的盆栽北美冬青(Ilex verticillata)“奥斯特”结果枝高空压条成活率和生根率的影响。结果表明:4种不同浓度(原液、3/4原液、1/2原液、1/4原液、)的植物生长调节剂(NAA+IBA)处理能够提高压条的生根率,生根率可达100%;不同环剥宽度影响压条的愈伤率和成活率,环剥宽度过小(0.2cm),愈伤化严重,生根率降低,环剥宽度过大(1.5cm),成活率降低;3种压条基质以V_(泥炭)∶V_(珍珠岩)=3∶1混配基质效果最好,平均生根条数达10.73条,平均根长7.3cm。从综合指标看,压条时间选择在6-7月,环剥宽度0.5~1.0cm,以1/4~1/2原液浓度的植物生长调节剂处理最适宜。
The effects of lamination date, girdling width, plant growth regulators concentration and streak matrix on the viability and rooting rate of 3 to 4-year-old Ilex verticillata “Oster ” were investigated. The results showed that 4 kinds of plant growth regulators (NAA + IBA) with different concentrations (stock solution, 3/4 stock solution, 1/2 stock solution, 1/4 stock solution) The width and the survival rate of the strip were affected by different widths of girdling. The width of girdling was too small (0.2cm), the callus was severely weakened, the rooting rate was decreased, and the width of ring girth was too large (1.5cm) The matrix of the batten was best mixed with V_ (peat): V_ (perlite) = 3:1, the average rooting number was 10.73 and the average root length was 7.3cm. According to the comprehensive index, the time of stitching was selected from June to July, the width of girdling was 0.5 ~ 1.0cm, and the best one was the plant growth regulator whose concentration was 1/4 ~ 1/2.
