小儿由于免疫系统发育尚未成熟,因而在受感染原刺激时,容易出现免疫系统反应低下。本文用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测30例小儿肺炎血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体a链(SIL-2R_。)水平,以探讨小儿肺炎免疫功能的变化。
Pediatric immune system development is not yet mature, so when stimulated by the original infection, the immune system prone to low response. In this paper, ELISA was used to detect the level of soluble interleukin-2 receptor alpha chain (SIL-2R_) in 30 cases of pneumonia in children to explore the changes of immune function in children with pneumonia.
