随着教育体制的不断改革和变化,体育教学当中的健康教育观也在中学的体育教学中逐渐确立,中学体育教学的目标主要实践途径就是学生们参与教学活动的热情和积极性。但是在实际教学中,有很多的学生参与教学活动的积极性并不是非常高,有的还会产生厌学的情绪,这种现象的产生将直接影响到教学目标的实现,对于中学生参与体育活动造成影响的因素是非常多的,有内部也有外部,有客观也有主观,本文就如何消除一些消极因素,提高学生们的上课积极性提出一些自己的见解。
